We ( Matt and Me)( well, more MAtt than me) decided to give a new look to the mock up of the cover.Even if the second one is kind of more epic, i'm no sure wich one i like more.

Still not finished. I dunno why this pages are taking me to long to finish. I have all the time of the world for them and looks like is not enough.

Argggggg....now that i saw the page again, is NOT finished at all. Im already working in page 5, but this one still not finished. And the same with page 4....and 2....and 1.

Whatever i will do next, i will follow ONE rule and only one: finish one panel, and when is done jump to the next one ( i think i have a pretty bad habit, jumping in between panels before finish them)

Done. I mean ,me. Looks like im completly block, brain stuck , heart not pumping enough blood to my brain, dry soul or something.

This are the last pages that i been working on . They are not finish , and they will stay like this.

Dont ask me way, but i cant keep going with this pages, Is something wrong in them , but i can see the what.

So i need to start over.

First blood

Here it comes. I decided already to change the title of the graphic novel. Insted  FEAR i think (at this moment) will be something like The Night Of The Comet. Provably i will change it . Or i will leave it on the side but at the moment, here it comes.

From today

Couple of weeks ago i went to Leeds and i found the answer to all my questions....

...but insted i decide that meanwhile im waiting for the scrip for issie 4 of The Blackstone Chronicles im going to draw a graphic novel in my own....

I know, i know , there is plenty of stuff with the same name and is even a bit cheese. But well, it will be no masterpiece, just to try  to have some fun meanwhile im jobless.

I started already.

There is no script, just an idea.

There are not , at the moment caracter designe , concept or anything similar.

I dont know how long i want it to be, how many pages. I just know that i have a couple of months to do it .

But im on my way.

Marvel samples

I finished this pages few days ago. I supossed to send them to Bon Alimagno, after to contact him tw weeks ago. He was soooooo kind and send me some script samples to draw think that i did. Two weeks later, when my mails to Alimagno were constantly coming back to me , i discovered that he quit his lovely job. Sooooooooo , now that i dont have no one to show this pages im going to post them in this lovely blog.

Last pages

I made this pages with not specific reason. I had a break in the Blackstone Chronicles (still finishing issue 3) so i wanted to do something diferent.

Like always, i was , for i while in love whit this pages. Now i can see that , even wht al the work that i put of them they really look empty and dead.

Few weeks ago a show this pages to Steve Walker from Marvel. It was in a Comic Con in Leeds. He spend around 45 sec on them, so i guess they are not (still ) good enough. But, hey, guess he was rigth. If you want to show your work to Marvel, draw some superheroes, innit?
